Ha Do
Ha leads the Government and Public Sector and IDAS practice for KPMG in Asia Pacific, advising governments, development partners, state‑owned enterprises and private‑sector stakeholders on infrastructure, healthcare and sustainability projects. She was previously Senior Partner of KPMG Hanoi and headed the Infrastructure, Government & Healthcare, ESG and State‑Owned Enterprises practices for KPMG in Vietnam and Cambodia. Ha serves on the Board of the Pacific Basin Economic Council and the Asia Pacific Advisory Council of the Global Infrastructure Project Financing Association, and has advised the UN ESCAP Financing Energy Transition programme. She is a Governor of AmCham Hanoi and chairs its Women in Business Committee, and has served on the Sustainable Finance Sector Committee of EuroCham and the Hanoi Business Association. Ha also sits on non‑profit advisory boards and co‑founded SympaMeals, a charity providing free meals to patients in Hanoi’s cancer and heart hospitals.
